1 Timothy 4:12:  Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

When Paul, the Apostle, was advising Timothy, the young pastor, he encourage him to be an example or pattern of faith, words, love, and deeds before others.  Paul knew the importance of a solid testimony for Jesus Christ.  Every Christian’s testimony either points people to Christ or repels them away.  There are eight virtues that are missing from the life of many of today’s Christians.

Matthew 5:16:  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
